Our Duvet sets are made in a family-owned factory, located in the heart of Portugal\u2019s textile region. The mill is owned and operated by the founder\u2019s great-grandchildren and has adopted modern technologies while preserving their culture\u2019s time-honoured techniques. Our duvet collections surpass the highest criterion of testing for harmful chemicals and synthetics and are not artificially softened.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This Spring, our buyers have gone for two distinctive themes for our bed linen collection: Art Deco-inspired graphic prints and Laid-back Coastal with gentle blue tones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Art-Deco is certainly having a moment in interiors for 2018, and here at Meadows and Byrne, we are excited to offer our take on the iconic style with our Harper and Arcadia bed linen range. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Harper Duvet <\/em>set is centred around the strong geometric patterns that are prevalent in Cubist architecture and early Art Deco design, such as the Chrysler building in New York. We chose a mid-grey print on a white base to ensure the duvet will sit in most bedrooms easily, and kept the print moderate in size to make the overall look very graphic and modern. The Harper set is available in sizes Single to Superking and includes standard pillowcases, however, we also offer 65x65cm sham covers and 50x75cm standard pillow covers as an add-on in-store and online.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Arcadia<\/em> is a bright approach to the Art Deco style, as we chose a strong geo print in a fresh blue tone. The overall motif is a Great Gatsby inspired pattern in a cornflower blue tone on a white base with piping at the edges of the duvet and pillow covers in the same blue shade. The set comes with the standard 50x75cm pillowcases and duvet cover, but we also offer a square sham pillow cover \u2013size 65x65cm \u2013 to add some height to your bed when layered behind the standard pillows.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Layla Watersprig<\/em> Duvet collection is as breezy as the name suggests. This set is based on the motif of sea fan plant and has a very organic aesthetic in a gentle powder blue tone. The collections comes in Double, King and Superking and each set includes the duvet cover and two standard pillowcases, with additional 65x65cm sham covers also available.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our buyers suggest our signature range of fitted and flat sheets to complete the look, and we have styled each bedroom look with cushions and throws to add a pop of colour to our Art Deco-inspired bed linen and muted linen tones to add some coastal calm to our Layla duvet set.<\/span><\/p>\n
