With the weekend in sight, we’re thinking about entertaining! Whether we get the sunshine to entertain al fresco or opt to stay indoors, what better way to be the host with the most than with a little pre-dinner cocktail or mocktail?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modern Mimosa <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A brunch time classic, try this mimosa with a little twist! The grapefruit is zesty and refreshing while the rosemary adds a delicious aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half pink grapefruit juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half champagne<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serves:<\/strong> 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garnish:<\/strong> Sprig of rosemary <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange Fizz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For prosecco fans looking to try something new, the Orange Fizz is a must!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Classic Mojito<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Packed with refreshing mint, ice and lime juice, the classic mojito is top of the list when it comes to summer cocktails. Shake up this cooling drink in minutes with a few simple ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 ml White Rum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 Mint leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 1\/2 ml Sugar Syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

25 ml Lime Juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Mint sprigs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aperol Spiritz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Tinto Verano<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This one is for the red wine lovers. Very popular in Spain, the Tinto Verano is a simpler version of Sangria and is a great alternative to your regular glass of wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 cup lemon-lime soda, such as Sprite or 7-Up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you love a Bellini but would prefer to leave out the prosecco, we’ve found a wonderful alcohol free recipe. It’s so good any time of day, especially for a lazy summer brunch in the sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

150ml sparkling apple or pear juice (chilled)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sparling water to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n
